Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Who we are
FramesDecoder ("we", "us") is a digital media and digital product brand. These terms apply to this website, our free content and newsletter, and the digital products sold under the FramesDecoder brand. By using the site or buying a product, you accept these terms.
Questions: support [at] framesdecoder [dot] com.
2. Purchases and payment
Our digital products are sold through a Merchant of Record, who acts as the seller of record at checkout. The Merchant of Record processes your payment, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles taxes. Their checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
3. Delivery
Products are digital. Access is delivered electronically, normally within minutes of a completed purchase, to the email address you used at checkout. If nothing arrives, check spam first, then write to support [at] framesdecoder [dot] com with your order details.
4. Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, where that right applies.
- No refunds for change of mind after the product has been delivered or downloaded.
- If a product is faulty, corrupted or cannot be accessed, contact support [at] framesdecoder [dot] com with your order email and details. We will fix the problem or refund you.
- Duplicate charges and clear billing errors are refunded.
Nothing in this section limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
5. License to the content you buy
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own use. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.
- Do not resell, redistribute, publish or share purchased products, in whole or in part.
- Do not upload purchased products to file-sharing services, group drives or AI training datasets.
We may revoke access if a license is abused.
6. Free content
Free content on this site, on our channels and in the newsletter is provided as is. You may quote short fragments with attribution and a link. Republishing whole pieces requires written permission.
7. No advice
Everything we publish, free or paid, is analysis and education. It is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice. Decisions you make based on our content are your own.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Newsletter and privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown at the top and do not affect purchases already made.
